Robert Mulvey

Robert Mulvey is an accomplished educational professional with a B.S. in Business Administration and a M. Ed. in Special Education from Stonehill College. He recently completed the Educator Leadership Institute, a program culminating in an M. Ed. in Organizational Management and Leadership from Fitchburg State University and licensure as a K-8 school administrator from MA DESE.
In addition to his work at Peak Education, Rob is an elementary special education teacher in a suburban district outside of Boston. He mentors new educators, facilitates individualized education plan (IEP) meetings, and liaises with the parent-teacher organization (PTO).
Rob’s educational interests and specialties include identifying access points to maximize potential in literacy, mathematics, and executive functioning-based skills. At Peak Education, Rob will complete academic evaluations and oversee general operations.
Outside of his professional life, Rob enjoys spending time with his rescue dog Piper, the beach, exercising, and reading non-fiction.
Bernadette Russomano

Bernadette Russomano brings over a decade of dedicated experience in school psychology and educational leadership to our team. With advanced certifications and degrees in Counseling, Education Administration, and School Psychology from Seton Hall University and Georgian Court University, Bernadette is a nationally certified school psychologist (NCSP) and a trusted advocate for student success.
Throughout her career, Bernadette has conducted comprehensive psychological evaluations to support students’ cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. In her current role as an Educational Team Facilitator at a suburban district outside of Boston, she chairs IEP meetings, collaborates with educators, families, and outside agencies to ensure students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Bernadette is passionate about empowering educators through professional development and has delivered training on topics such as behavioral modification, inclusion, and IEP goal writing.
An active member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), Bernadette stays at the forefront of evidence-based practices in education. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to equity, collaboration, and the holistic development of every learner.
Alison Henry

Alison Henry is an accomplished Educational Consultant with 14 years of experience in diverse educational settings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Boston College’s Lynch School of Education, a Master’s of Education in Moderate Disabilities PreK-8 from Lesley University, and a Master’s of Education in Organizational Management and Leadership from the Educational Leadership Institute through Fitchburg State University.
Alison began her career in a therapeutic residential and day school, working with students facing significant behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. After seven years in this specialized setting, she transitioned to public education, where she served as an Educational Team Facilitator, chairing IEP meetings, collaborating with families, educators, administration, outside agencies, and leading professional development for educators. Alison has since transitioned to serving as the school’s Vice Principal.
Her expertise as a special educator centers on ensuring all students, regardless of ability, can access learning and achieve their full potential. This passion has evolved into a commitment to supporting educators in meeting the diverse needs of their students. Alison’s broad experience across educational environments uniquely positions her to guide schools, educators, and special education teams in fostering inclusive and effective learning communities.
